AYBT has a new way of tracking volunteer hours for dancers and their families -- an application called Track It Forward.
All Junior and Senior Company dancers should receive an email invitation to set up an account on the Track It Forward website (www.trackitforward.com). Please follow the link in the email to initialize your account and begin entering volunteer hours. The invitation will come via the email address we have on record, so if you would prefer to have your account associated with a different email address, please let me know ASAP.
Between now and June 1, 2018 we are beta-testing this new application, so please work with the app to track your volunteer hours and let me know if you encounter any problems. Feel free to enter volunteer hours that you have completed since June 2017.
The website has a companion phone app that can be found by searching under "Volunteer Time Tracking". It can be used to log in to your Track It Forward account and enter volunteer hours.
We will only provide volunteer accounts to dancers. Friends and family are still encouraged to help dancers complete their volunteer hours and contribute to AYBT! In order to capture their contributions, dancers should log hours for them using their account, or give them their account login information so that they can enter volunteer hours themselves.
By using this application, dancers can see their progress toward meeting their required company volunteer hours. Plus, this application can help us capture ALL volunteer hours, which are incredibly valuable when writing grants and requesting sponsorships.
Please email me with any feedback you have about Track It Forward. After this initial trial period, we will roll out the application for all of our volunteers for the 2018-19 school year. So, any feedback you give me will help make that roll-out go smoother.
